❌ No Return Policy

All sales made by VEL Engineers are final and non-returnable.

Once a generator or related product is sold and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect model selection by customer
  • Price differences after purchase
  • Project cancellation or delay
  • Space or installation issues at customer site

Customers are requested to confirm all technical specifications, capacity requirements, and site conditions before placing the order.
